Training Formats & Pricing
We don’t ask clients to choose a program on their own — because choosing the wrong format often slows progress instead of supporting it. The training format is determined primarily by the training setup: how many players are training, how sessions need to be structured, and what makes sense both logistically and development-wise. In practice, this usually looks like:
-
one player → private training
-
two players → semi-private
-
three or four players → a private group
This structure allows us to keep training efficient, balanced, and realistic. Below is an overview of the formats we work with and how each one is used intentionally — not as a pricing option. Final recommendations, availability, and pricing are confirmed after a short consultation.
Private Classes:
Private classes are used when one player trains individually and the session needs to be fully focused on that player.
This format allows us to work at the player’s exact pace, adjust drills in real time, and focus on technical, movement, or tactical details that are difficult to address in a shared setting. Private training is typically recommended when:
-
one player is training individually
-
maximum scheduling flexibility is required
-
focused technical work or correction is needed
-
a short, targeted training phase makes sense
Private classes can take place on our court in Tarzana or on a court provided by the client, depending on location and scheduling.
Pricing:
Private classes: $120 per hr.
Pricing includes court rental or coach travel to the client’s location.
Semi - Private Classes:
Semi-private classes are used when two players train together and the session is structured to balance shared intensity with individual feedback.
This format allows players to train alongside a familiar partner while still receiving focused technical and tactical guidance. Drills are adjusted to account for both players, making the session more dynamic than private training while remaining controlled and efficient. Semi-private training is typically recommended when:
-
two players train together
-
players are at a compatible level
-
a shared schedule makes sense
-
motivation and intensity benefit from training with a partner
Semi-private classes can take place on our court in Tarzana or on a court provided by the client, depending on location and scheduling.
Pricing:
Semi-private classes: $140 per hr.
Pricing includes court rental or coach travel to the client’s location.
Private Groups:
Private groups are used when three or four players train together in a consistent, pre-defined group. This format allows for structured, long-term training with stable group dynamics, while still maintaining a controlled environment and clear coaching focus. Sessions are planned to address group interaction, repetition, and competitive elements that are difficult to replicate in smaller formats. Private group training is typically recommended when:
-
three or four players train together
-
players are at a compatible level
-
a consistent schedule and group composition are preferred
-
long-term, structured training makes sense
Private group classes can take place on our court in Tarzana or on a court provided by the client, depending on location and scheduling.
